Dear Supervisors,

The regular meeting of the Colonial Country Club Community Development District Board of Supervisors will be held on December 21, 2020 at 2 PM, at the Colonial Country Club Activity Room in the Community Center on 9171 Independence Way in Fort Myers, Florida. The meeting will also be accessible by the public and staffers via webconference, though a physical quorum by the Board is required to conduct the meeting:

The Agenda is included in Section 2 and some points of interest are as follows:

• Enclosed are the regular meeting minutes from the November 16, 2020 meeting and the current field manager report; the financial reports for November were sent under separate cover
• Enclosed is the quarterly Benchmark lakes analysis report
• The District Manager will present new tablet/laptop recommendations to the Board for their use in conducting District business
• There will be updates on the Lake 28 aerator installation and on the Field Manager follow-up items: boardwalk mold treatment, quotes for composite benches, lake bank erosion likely caused by the golf course’s contractors, various littoral plantings and spatterdock removal
