Draft Special Meeting Minutes for September 21, 2020
Colonial Country Club Community Development District
A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Colonial Country Club Community Development District was held on Monday, September 21, 2020 at 8 AM.
Present and constituting a quorum were:
Tony DeSantis – Chair
Joseph Zajac – Vice Chair
Sally Hefti – Assistant Secretary
Giovanna Scuderi – Assistant Secretary
Tim Worthington – Assistant Secretary
Also present were:
Cal Teague – District Manager
Chris Pepin – Field Manager
Nancy Dudak – Assistant to the District Manager
The following is a summary of the actions taken at the Colonial Country Club Community Development District (CDD) Board of Supervisors special meeting.
FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS Call to Order and Roll Call
The Colonial Country Club Community Development District meeting was called to order and the District Manager took the roll. All Board members were present for today’s meeting. Also present were the District Manager Cal Teague, the Field Manager Chris Pepin, and Nancy Dudak from Premier District Management.
SECOND ORDER OF BUSINESS Drive Around
The special meeting was set for a drive around inspection of CDD property led by the Chair. The tour began by looking at Lake 16 where the lake bank was recently repaired, but ruts from a contractor’s equipment were identified. The Field Manager reports they have been repaired by the contractor and it was verified by the Board.
The Board then inspected the conservation/preserve area W-10, the Butterfly Gardens, and the Gateway Canal.
In addition, the Board inspected the current aerator installation in Lake 3* and looked at Lake 28 for future aerator installation.
The Board then inspected the areas targeted for lake bank restoration which includes Lakes 12, 14, 16, and 27. The Board also agreed to have Lake 26 included when bids are prepared.

There being no further Orders of Business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:12 AM.
