Sally Hefti – Assistant Secretary

Also present was:

Cal Teague – District Manager, Premier District Management (PDM)
Chris Pepin – Field Manager, Field Management Services

The following is a summary of the actions taken at the Colonial Country Club Community Development District (CDD) Board of Supervisors ride around meeting.

FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS Call to Order and Roll Call

The Colonial Country Club Community Development District Meeting was called to order and District Manager Teague called the roll. All Board members were present. Also in attendance was Chris Pepin, Field Manager.

SECOND ORDER OF BUSINESS Ride Around

All attendees inspected the community on golf carts, and evaluated the status of CDD projects and the condition of CDD assets:

A. Lake Washouts from Golf Course

Lakes 2, 10, 26, and 24 had at least 2 washouts each. Field Manager Pepin stated that the golf club maintenance supervisor, Patrick Tohill, had marked the washouts and would have his staff address them, and Chris will request that Patrick also address those not marked.

About 200 feet of the lakefront shoreline on Lake 10 had previously been identified as needing restoration, but the Board and staff observed that the condition was not as poor as originally thought. Chris will look at removing this area from consideration in the Fiscal Year 2023 Budget. It was decided to put this on the Agenda at the next meeting.

B. Neighborhood Liaison

Supervisor Klein agreed to be the liaison with community residents who had any questions on lake bank erosion issues on Lake 10.

THIRD ORDER OF BUSINESS Adjournment

On MOTION by Supervisor Hefti, seconded by Supervisor Scuderi, with all in favor, the meeting was adjourned at 9:27 a.m.

The Next Regular Meeting will be on September 26, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.
